Eleanor Finch
Founder & Platform Strategy Director
Eleanor helps leadership teams connect cloud investment to operating reality, from platform roadmaps to accountable decision-making.
About / People behind the practice
Vantrel Platform Atelier was founded to make cloud operating models more understandable, durable and useful for the teams who depend on them.
We are a senior cloud infrastructure and platform engineering firm for organisations with complex digital products, regulated workloads and growing engineering teams.
Our work began with a simple observation: cloud foundations are often treated as a one-time technical project, while the teams who depend on them need a legible operating model that keeps making sense as products, people and constraints change.
Vantrel combines architecture, delivery and enablement in the same engagement. We make decisions explicit, build in reviewable increments and leave behind systems that internal teams can maintain and adapt.
We serve organisations across Europe and internationally from our France-based contact location. Our work is delivered with client teams and their existing partners; we do not claim permanent offices beyond that location.
